We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Event Coordinator with Sales Experience to join our team. This remote position will focus on planning and executing events while leveraging sales skills to enhance client relationships and drive event success. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities and a proactive attitude in managing all aspects of event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events from inception to completion, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize sales skills to engage and maintain client relationships, identifying their needs and expectations for each event.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and technology setup.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
  • Create and present proposals to clients, effectively demonstrating the value of services offered.
  • Market and promote events using various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback to improve future events and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator with a strong background in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges during event execution.
