What You'll Do

  • Lead frontend development efforts, translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and performant code.
  • Optimize user interfaces and experiences: performance tuning, accessibility improvements, responsive design, and layout refinements.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end (E2E) tests and unit tests to ensure reliability, usability, and consistency across browsers/devices.
  • Collaborate with backend services; integrate APIs; help shape how data is delivered to the frontend.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Strong experience in frontend development, especially using React.
  • Proven track record in UI/UX optimisation – making user interfaces efficient, clean, usable, and beautiful.
  • Solid experience writing end-to-end tests (Playwright, Selenium, etc.) and unit tests.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code with modern frontend tooling, state management, and bundlers.
  • Fluency in HTML, CSS (or SCSS/LESS), JavaScript/TypeScript.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Angular as a complement to React.
  • Some backend exposure , HTTP APIs).
  • Background in compliance, fintech, SaaS – or other regulated domains.
