Tech Lead
para liderar tecnicamente projetos estratégicos, atuando com foco em arquitetura, integração de sistemas e boas práticas de engenharia de software. Essa posição exige forte domínio da stack Microsoft, NET.

Buscamos um(a) profissional que seja referência técnica, com capacidade de tomar decisões arquiteturais, apoiar o time no desenvolvimento e garantir a entrega de soluções escaláveis, seguras e de alta performance.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar tecnicamente o time de desenvolvimento .NET, promovendo boas práticas de Desenvolvimento, sustentação, arquitetura e engenharia;
  • Participar de decisões técnicas e de negócio, colaborando com áreas como Produto, Dados e Infraestrutura;
  • Garantir qualidade, segurança e performance das aplicações .NET, tanto em novas soluções quanto em sistemas legados;
  • Apoiar a implementação de pipelines de CI/CD, testes automatizados e práticas de DevOps;
  • Atuar como facilitador técnico em cerimônias ágeis e processos de refinamento;
  • Apoiar a integração de soluções .NET com outras plataformas (como Salesforce, quando aplicável);
  • Realizar code reviews, mentorar desenvolvedores e fomentar a evolução técnica da equipe.

Requisitos

  • Experiência com desenvolvimento e liderança técnica em projetos .NET (.NET Core / Framework);
  • Experiência com SQL Server e/ou bancos relacionais e não relacionais;
  • Prática com ferramentas de versionamento (Git), integração contínua e DevOps;
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação para atuar com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de forma hibrida (1x por semana em Guarulhos - SP)
  • Experiência em ambientes cloud Azure;

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia com Salesforce (integrações, dados ou customizações).
  • Certificações Microsoft ou Salesforce.
