We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Financial Services division. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology project delivery, particularly within Financial Services, and is passionate about leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering digital and AI-driven solutions. This is a remote role open to LATAM-based candidates and offers a growth path into director-level leadership.

What You'll Do

Service Delivery

  • Oversee and support delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations
  • Foster continuous improvement and adherence to delivery best practices

Team Leadership & Development

  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding
  • Provide mentorship and career development support
  • Promote a healthy, engaged, and productive team culture

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as point of contact for delivery questions or escalations
  • Ensure client satisfaction via proactive communication and issue resolution

Operational Support

  • Use internal tools to monitor progress, control costs, and report on KPIs
  • Align team activities with business and project objectives

Business Support

  • Contribute delivery estimates and context during the proposal phase
  • Participate in planning and growth discussions as part of a collaborative leadership team
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in Financial Services or Capital Markets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote and distributed delivery teams
  • Strong background in project/program management, including digital transformation and AI initiatives
  • Experience in KPI tracking, operational reporting, and cost control
  • Exposure to pre-sales, client engagement, and proposal development
  • Familiarity with financial systems, platforms, or market infrastructure (a plus)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team growth
  • Data-driven problem-solving and decision-making
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership and client focus
