Since 2019, we've helped over 3,600 clients from complete beginners to business owners grow their presence online and monetize their audiences through short-form content strategies, coaching, and automation.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our remote team and help our clients succeed through personalized coaching and support.

As a CSM, you'll be the go-to person for clients, guiding them step by step through our brand-building program, reviewing their content, and ensuring they see results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct kick-off calls to onboard new clients (script provided)
  • Collaborate with clients to gather brand insights and review content strategies developed by our Content Research Experts to ensure alignment, accuracy, and relevance across 30 personalized short-form video content ideas per client.
  • Provide feedback on client videos via Loom video or written comments
  • Offer daily support through Facebook Groups, WhatsApp and Slack
  • Maintain 24-hour response time (Monday-Friday)
  • Manage up to 60 active clients while keeping communication organized
  • Attend a daily team meeting at 3:00 PM CET (required)
  • Submit daily and weekly reports tracking client progress and milestones
  • Conduct 1:1 zoom meetings with clients about social media strategies and helping them with editing or minor tech related issues

What We Offer:

  • Increases to $1,000 - $1,600 based on performance and tenure

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken English (clear and easy to understand)
  • Experience in content creation (Instagram or TikTok preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer success, coaching, or client support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and responsive
  • Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT or video editing software
  • Able to work full-time
  • Must have stable internet connection and a working computer/laptop
