About the Role:
As the Global People Solutions Jr Analyst, you will provide Workday and other global HR system support at a global level.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Create documentation and standards for system knowledge;

  • Act as a global functional expert for the HR data platform (Workday);

  • Provide support to regional and local teams to answer technical and processes questions on global HR systems;

  • Collaborate in the global standardization of ways of doing things;

  • Assist with data analysis, report creation, dashboard developments;

  • Audit Support;

  • Continuous improvements to the customers and process review.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree;

  • Advanced English;

  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel;

  • Experience with HR processes will be a differential;

  • Experience with Workday will be a differential;

  • Strong relationship with the customers;

  • Good Analytics skills.

The Poços de Caldas Plant (MG), founded in 1965, was the first Alcoa plant in Brazil, having started its activities in 1970.
