THE OPPORTUNITY

Be the next Wellbeing Engagement Senior Manager (Implementation) to join our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo  

We are now opening a position in our Execution team, where the focus is on transforming ideas into action. This team ensures our strategies are implemented with excellence, managing projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, and bringing campaigns and engagement plans to life. If you're passionate about turning strategy into results and want to contribute to shaping the future of wellbeing at work, this role is a unique opportunity to make a real impact.

YOUR IMPACT

Deploy Wellhub' global WE strategy and best practices in the BR market, assuring its correct execution.Lead the Implementation team to develop a tool box of initiative to support our clients requests, adjusting processes and ensuring a flawless executionResponsible for defining and executing our Year Events Calendar, ongoing events and cross clients initiativesResponsible for defining and executing the on-site strategy, improving cost efficiency, process, productivity, inventory control and logistics.Responsible for defining our virtual engagement initiatives, improving the webinar experience, its process and scalability   Work in partnership with the planners to identify opportunities and propose solutions to address clients' needs.Responsible for the budget control and payment process, managing also the relationship with our 3rd party vendorsWork with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to enable initiatives and projectsLead, coach and develop the teamLive the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;Strong data knowledge and analytical skills;Resilience to thrive in a constantly changing environment with diverse scenarios;Critical and analytical mindset to assess projects and their impact across the ecosystem;Ownership mentality;Creativity and proactivity to design scalable initiatives and execute them with speed;Enthusiastic, disciplined, results-oriented, and with a "can-do" attitude;Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with the team, cross-functional areas, and partners;Passion for helping make the world a healthier place.Experience working with promotional marketing agencies and field promoters;Team and people management experience;Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets and Slides);Advanced English.
