Where You'll Make a Difference- Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth by identifying customer needs and opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate IFF activities across key accounts and distribution channels in Brazil.
- Build and maintain multi-level, cross-functional relationships with customer decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to support operational planning.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and service models.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing—preferably in the ingredients industry.
- Strong B2B customer management skills and commercial acumen.
- Analytical mindset with experience in pricing, margin analysis, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Project management experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English and intermediate Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or Arts & Fashion.
- Experience mentoring or onboarding team members.
- Digital marketing and e-commerce knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and ability to challenge the status quo.
