Description

Procuramos um Analista de Planejamento Financeiro para integrar nosso time. Este(a) profissional terá um papel fundamental no apoio à estruturação, manutenção e em insights de relatórios, dashboards, análise de dados, estudos e indicadores que serão utilizados por todas as áreas e pela diretoria. Além do envolvimento em projetos em toda companhia, desde a ideação e desenho do projeto até a entrega e validação dos resultados.

Responsibilities
  • Responsável por apoiar e/ou elaborar, acompanhar e revisar o orçamento anual (budget) e projeções periódicas (forecast), abrangendo toda a empresa, incluindo a área de Pessoas (headcount, folha, benefícios, etc.);
  • Desenvolvimento e manutenção de dashboards no Power BI para controle e análise do Demonstrativo de Resultado (DRE) gerencial, faturamento, horas extras e indicadores de inteligência operacional, com foco em consumo de combustível e pedágios, promovendo a visibilidade e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • Elaboração de análises e simulações de cenários com base em dados financeiros e operacionais para avaliar a viabilidade de projetos, reestruturações contratuais e iniciativas estratégicas, considerando premissas operacionais, riscos e rentabilidade esperada;
  • Atuação direta na construção do racional financeiro para pleitos contratuais e renegociações de contratos com desempenho deficitário, embasando tecnicamente os argumentos para recuperação de margem ou readequação de escopo;
  • Desenvolvimento de modelos financeiros dinâmicos para apoio à gestão, análises de rentabilidade e simulações de precificação;
  • Consolidação de informações para produção de relatórios gerenciais periódicos com análise crítica de resultados, acompanhamento de KPIs e geração de insights para a alta gestão e áreas operacionais;
  • Acompanhamento de projetos estratégicos.
Prerequisites
  • Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças, Engenharias e demais áreas relacionadas à função;
  • Inglês intermediário / avançado;
  • Pacote Office avançado (Excel e Power Point);
  • Power BI avançado (construção de dashboards e relatórios);
  • Noções de planejamento estratégico, gestão de projetos;
  • Vivência em análise de KPIs, margem, precificação e custos;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente na Angélica (próximo da Paulista).
