Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Hunter. The SDR Hunter will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. This includes cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. The role involves maintaining detailed records of all interactions, following up with leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. The SDR Hunter will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimize outreach strategies. This is an on-site role, and is located in Jundiaí, SP.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach
  • Strong skills in identifying and generating new sales opportunities
  • Experience with CRM software and maintaining detailed records of interactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams
  • Knowledge of social media engagement strategies
  • Resilience and persistence in following up with leads
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
