O Desafio
Como Application Service Manager (ASM), você será o guardião da estabilidade, performance e governança do ecossistema de aplicações corporativas globais.

Essa função combina liderança técnica, gestão de fornecedores, controle financeiro e garantia de excelência operacional, assegurando que as aplicações entreguem valor, cumpram SLAs e operem com máxima eficiência.

Requirements

Principais Responsabilidades

Gestão de Portfólio de Aplicações

Gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo das aplicações: implantação, performance, incidentes e descomissionamento.
Definir e monitorar KPIs e SLAs de disponibilidade e experiência do usuário.
Garantir conformidade com políticas de Segurança da Informação, Auditoria e Compliance.

Governança e Entrega de Serviços

Supervisionar times internos e provedores de serviço.
Conduzir post-mortems, health checks e revisões de capacidade.
Implementar automação, observabilidade e práticas DevOps.
Utilizar ferramentas como Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ServiceNow.

Gestão de Fornecedores e Contratos

Liderar relacionamentos com vendors globais, acompanhar KPIs contratuais e renegociações de SLA.

Gestão Financeira e OPEX

Planejar, controlar e reportar OPEX e forecast financeiro.

Identificar oportunidades de otimização de custos em Cloud, licenciamento e automações.
Gestão de Mudanças e Releases

Supervisionar deploys, patches e upgrades com foco em estabilidade e governança de mudanças (Change Management).

Comunicação e Engajamento Global

Atuar com stakeholders internacionais, Product Owners, Business Leads e times regionais.
Garantir escalabilidade e continuidade operacional em projetos globais.

Formação e Certificações
Graduação completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
Certificações desejáveis: ITIL v4, PMP, COBIT, Azure Fundamentals, DevOps Foundation.
 
Experiência e Competências Técnicas
5+ anos em IT Operations, Application Management, Service Delivery ou Technology Governance.
Expertise em gestão de fornecedores, SLA/KPI management, change & incident management.
Experiência com Datadog, Grafana, ServiceNow, Azure, Power Platform, SAP, Dataverse.
Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis, automação e observabilidade.
Inglês avançado (comunicação global diária).
