Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network regarding Drop-off Points and its sellers. As a Business Transportation Specialist, you will have to:

• Manage strategy of expansion on Pickup and Drop-off Points in Brazil;

• Manage and analyze performance metrics;

• Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business;

• Analyze and improve data science models with business strategy to create network that provide best experience for Customers;

• Work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities;

• Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks;

• Work backwards from Customer feedback to provide product and process improvement;

• Generate and analyze reports;

A day in the life

• Coordinate Go-to-market plan with multiple global stakeholders

• Extract and analyze data to identify customer pick-up expansion opportunities

• Create and plan expansion waves for operational implementation

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Transportation, Business teams) for input gathering

• Communicate with external partners (sellers, customers) regarding network changes

• Present data-driven insights on business impacts

• Monitor operational excellence metrics

• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication channels

• Drive decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence

• Handle impact assessment and risk mitigation for network changes

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving process improvements
