Principais Atividades:


• Realizar ajustes de escavadeira e cabeçote através de ajustes mecânicos e eletrônicos (Opti);


• Realizar inspeções técnicas e diagnósticos de falhas precisos em escavadeiras Caterpillar (mecânica, elétrica e hidráulica);


• Instruir equipe de manutenção em diagnósticos de falha;


• Executar manutenções preventivas conforme o plano de manutenção do fabricante e da empresa;


• Efetuar manutenções corretivas, reparos e troca de componentes (bombas, motores, válvulas, mangueiras, cilindros, etc.);

Competências:

Possuir Ensino médio completo, preferencialmente Técnico completo em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica ou áreas afins

Possuir CNH Categoria B

Experiência:

Possuir experiência comprovada em Manutenção Florestal, Agrícola, Mineração e outras, preferencialmente máquinas Caterpillar.

Possuir conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de manuais técnicos e diagramas hidráulicos/elétricos;

Possuir conhecimento em diagnóstico com ferramentas eletrônicas;

Possuir conhecimento em sistemas hidráulicos, motores diesel, transmissão e eletrônica embarcada.

Possuir disponibilidade para viagens e turnos de trabalho.
