Como será o seu dia a dia na 3S?

  • Prevenir que o cliente seja afetado por quaisquer adversidades que possam aparecer no uso da plataforma;
  • Otimizar e tornar práticos os processos;
  • Aperfeiçoar a usabilidade do sistema e eliminar toils;
  • Praticar a visão analítica para mensurar as informações;
  • Responder ocorrências e solucionar problemas;
  • Promover melhoria da confiabilidade da plataforma;
  • Realizar análises após os incidentes (postmortem);
  • Otimização dos processos de plantão;
  • Correção de problemas de escalonamento;
  • Análise e fixação de acordos: SLA, SLO, SLI;
  • Gerenciamento de mudanças da plataforma;
  • Monitoramento das manifestações dos sistemas;
  • Criação de alertas personalizados.

Para assumir esse papel, você precisa ter as seguintes habilidades:

  • Conhecimento em alguma das plataformas de Observabilidade:
  • Dynatrace ou
  • Datadog ou
  • Elastic Observability.
  • Sistemas operacionais;
  • Containers/Kubernetes;
  • Pipeline;
  • Conhecimento em Terraform;
  • Práticas de DevSecOps;
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery;

Serão considerados diferenciais as certificações em:

  • Datadog Fundamentals – Datadog;
  • Dynatrace;
  • Elastic Observability;
  • Kubernetes (KCA / KCAD)
  • AZ-900 (Azure);
  • Cloud Practitioner (AWS);
  • Digital Leader (Google);
  • DCA (Docker);
  • DevOps Fundation;
  • DevOps Leader;
  • SRE Fundation;
  • SRE Practitioner;
  • LPIC-1 (Linux);
  • PCA – Prometheus.
