Job Description:

Strategic Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Act as a trusted Business Partner to Supply Chain leadership, influencing strategic decisions related to operational efficiency, manufacturing footprint, expansion projects, and cost savings initiatives.

• Provide management reports and ad hoc analyses to local, regional, and global stakeholders, delivering actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, providing strategic support to optimize supply chain operations.

Cost & Inventory Management

• Oversee Inventory Control activities, including revaluations, adjustments, write-offs, and management of SLOB (Slow & Obsolete inventory), ensuring optimal turnover visibility.

• Execute and monitor Standard Cost Setting processes, ensuring precise SKU cost definitions and updates across SAP, CFIN, Anaplan, and TM1 systems.

• Perform Volume and Absorption analyses, aligning results with S&OP processes and explaining key variances.

• Monitor and explain cost variances (materials, conversion, depreciation, overhead), promoting transparency and accountability.

• Manage Free Cash Flow, focusing on optimizing working capital through effective inventory and cost management.

Process Transformation & Automation

• Lead initiatives to transform and automate financial processes, leveraging tools such as SAP, TM1, CFIN, Anaplan, and Power BI.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Capital Expenditure & Investment Control

• Collaborate with PPM and Project Owners to manage CAPEX and investments, including preparing business cases, managing appropriation requests, and tracking project execution both financially and physically.

Compliance & Controls

• Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Foster a culture of compliance and control within the finance and supply chain teams.

People Management & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals supporting Supply Chain, promoting a high-performance culture.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance cross-functional teams' understanding of financial KPIs, budgets, and performance management.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, or similar roles within manufacturing or logistics environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP, TM1, CFIN, Anaplan, Power BI, and other financial systems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and automation projects.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive strategic initiatives.
