Procurement Analyst, Senior

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Procurement Analyst, Senior to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in São Miguel Paulista/SP.

About The Role
The Senior Buyer is responsible for conducting the procurement process of materials, equipment, and technical services required for the Project. Their main responsibilities include:

• Requesting and analyzing supplier proposals
• Negotiating contracts, prices, deadlines, and contractual clauses with suppliers
• Issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring that acquired materials meet quality and compliance standards
• Interacting with various project areas, clients, and suppliers, continuously seeking improvements
• Maintaining detailed records of all purchasing transactions and contracts, and entering data into applicable control systems

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Availability for frequent travel and mobility to other regions (Belo Horizonte e São Paulo)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of procurement processes for services, materials, and equipment, from supplier selection to the issuance of purchase orders and contracts.
• 5 years of experience in the role (Mining and Steel Industry).
• Software SAP and SmartPlant Materials will be considered a differential skill.

Note On The Nature Of The Contract
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional's performance.
