Our client is looking for a Plant Manager to join their team in Espírito Santo, Brasil. The professional will focus on enhancing great levels of profit, productivity, and efficiency to the soluble coffee plant operations.

Responsabilities:

- Lead strategic planning in order to assure the factory profitability, productivity and quality;
- Manage plant with multidisciplinary teams (+250 employees);
- Plan, manage and review the plant's annual budget periodically;
- Monitor project implementation and ensure efficiency through;
- Operational Excellence methodologies.

Requeriments:

- Experience in Production Management, soluble coffee manufacturing and processes such as agglomeration and freeze-drying;
- Knowledge in production line systems, Operational Excellence methodologies and coffee tasting;
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Degree in Engineering and desirable MBA with a focus on leadership.
