Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Porto Alegre, RS. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in making purchase decisions, maintaining product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, processing transactions, and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Qualifications

  • Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of retail sales processes
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales goals
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
