We're now looking to elevate our content even further with the right creative mind. ⸻What We're Looking ForWe're hiring aSenior Video Editorwho lives and breathes visual storytelling.

This isn't just a cut-and-paste editing role — we want someone who can shape a narrative, match energy with sound and pacing, and bring bold, modern ideas to the table. Bonus points if you've also gotgraphic design skills— think YouTube thumbnails, social media assets, ads, and digital branding. ⸻Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality, engaging videos for YouTube, social media, ads, and internal content.

Create visually striking intros, transitions, and animations. Work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop a consistent visual style. Repurpose long-form content into short-form, high-impact videos (e.g. reels, TikToks).

Design clean, on-brand graphic assets (thumbnails, banners, posts, infographics, etc.). Manage and organize media assets and project files efficiently. ⸻Must-Have Skills4+ years of experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and rhythm. Experience with basic motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent). Solid portfolio of video content (please provide links).

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma). Ability to follow a brand style guide while adding creative flair. Good English communication skills and a self-driven attitude.

⸻Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience editing for a finance or trading-related brand. Knowledge of YouTube algorithm and video performance tactics. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
