O que buscamos
Estamos em busca de um(a) QA Automation Engineer Sênior para criar o nosso Chapter de qualidade. Você será essencial na construção e evolução de produtos digitais para algumas das maiores empresas do Brasil, garantindo níveis de qualidade elevados e ajudando a criar processos robustos desde o início.

Modelo de Trabalho

  • Regime: 100% remoto
  • Modelo de contratação: PJ

Responsabilidades

  • Planejar e implementar estratégia completa de QA (web e mobile): testes funcionais, regressão, exploratórios, automatizados
  • Criar, manter e aprimorar planos e scripts de testes automatizados (UI, APIs, regressão, performance, segurança)
  • Integrar testes automatizados ao fluxo de CI/CD, garantindo qualidade contínua
  • Colaborar com desenvolvedores, designers e PMs para detecção precoce e comunicação clara de bugs
  • Conduzir testes manuais quando necessário, especialmente em homologações críticas ou features novas
  • Atuar como guardião(a) da qualidade antes das entregas aos clientes
  • Diagnosticar falhas e propor melhorias em frameworks e processos de testes

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada com QA em produtos digitais (sites e apps), idealmente com projetos de automação do zero
  • Fluência em frameworks de automação (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, entre outros)
  • Experiência em testes de APIs (Postman, RestAssured ou similares)
  • Versionamento com Git e experiência com pipelines de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Habilidade de estruturar e escalar processos de QA desde o início
  • Boa comunicação para colaborar com times multidisciplinares
  • Conhecimentos em arquitetura de automação, testes de performance ou segurança
  • Fluência em frameworks de automação (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, entre outros)
  • Conhecimentos em arquitetura de automação, testes de performance ou segurança.
