Summary

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Canada. This role is essential for enhancing our online presence and engaging with our clients through strategic social media initiatives that align with our mission of delivering exceptional payment solutions. The role will also develop and build our Marketing strategy as we continue to grow into other verticals, products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and build Marketing campaigns for products and solutions.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and customer feedback.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategy innovative.
  • Assist in the development of graphic content for campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing / Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of E-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from metrics.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for graphic design.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • French (Billingual) background would be an asset, but not required.
