Descrição de Cargo:
Para esta função, você será responsável pelas atividades descritas abaixo:

  • Contato com transportadora para entendimento dos motivos das ocorrências
  • Negociação com clientes para mitigar problemas no ato da entrega
  • Criação de remessa de devolução
  • Avaliar custo de frete para devolução parcial (Entender necessidade de devolução imediata ou juntar volume na transportadora)
  • Contato com o Comercial para suporte durante as ocorrências de entrega
  • Responsável pelo Kpi de devolução, bem como árvore de perdas
  • Reunião semanal com operações (Expedição e Transportes) para criar plano de ação e realizar o acompanhamento da mesma
  • Garantir o atendimento do fluxo de devolução desde a ocorrência até a entrada da nota de devolução no CD
  • Monitorar os motivos de bloqueio de crédito por devolução
  • Contato com Fiscal para abatimento devido das duplicatas em aberto
  • Atuação na resolução de eventuais problemas no ato da entrega

Requisitos:

  • Formação: Engenharia Produção ou Industrial, Administração e Áreas correlatas;
  • Disponibilidade: Trabalhar 100% presencial em Lençóis Paulista/SP e disponibilidade para eventuais viagens;
  • Inglês: Intermediário;
  • Conhecimentos em sistemas: Excel Avançado, Power BI e SAP;
  • Setor: Preferencialmente Bens de Consumo;
