Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Functional Analyst to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and configuring SAP modules to meet business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP functionality and a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.
  • Perform system configuration in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP).
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, and reports.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Support data migration activities and system upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Functional Analyst with hands-on configuration experience in at least one core SAP module.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with full-cycle SAP implementation projects is a plus.
