Responsibilities

  • The Accountant will be responsible for cash management, bookkeeping across multiple jurisdictions, and preparing various financial reports
  • Cash Management: Handling bank payments and performing cash reconciliations
  • Bookkeeping: Managing the books for a number of legal entities in several jurisdictions
  • Reporting & Consolidation:
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Preparation of monthly reports and reports for consolidation purposes (Group reporting)
  • Preparation of regulatory and and tax reports
  • Process Management: Managing deadlines, month-end close cycles, and competing priorities
  • Audit & Filing: Maintaining electronic filing of accounting documents and assisting with the audit of legal entities

Requirements

  • Technical Accounting: Very good knowledge of bookkeeping principles
  • Software & Standards:
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Compaq, Oracle)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS
  • Language:English - advanced level (everyday communication - oral and written)
  • Soft Skills: Ability to self-organize, attention to details, and openness to work as a part of a global team
