O que você irá fazer?

  • Criar conteúdos para os canais internos (intranet, e-mails, comunicados, vídeos,  etc.) com linguagem acessível, atrativa e alinhada ao tom #SangueLaranja; 
  • Planejar e executar o calendário editorial interno, garantindo coerência entre as mensagens e os objetivos estratégicos da companhia; 
  • Apoiar e coordenar eventos internos (presenciais, híbridos ou digitais), como encontros de liderança, celebrações, campanhas e ações de engajamento;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de negócio e líderes para criar narrativas que reforcem nossos pilares: Faísca, Fazer Junto, Foco e Feedback;
  • Medir resultados e elaborar relatórios de campanhas, ações e eventos, gerando insights sobre engajamento e impacto; 
  • Controlar e gerenciar o budget das ações;
  • Apoiar a gestão de fornecedores e parceiros envolvidos na produção de conteúdos e eventos.

O que buscamos? 

  • Graduação completa em áreas como: Administração; Marketing; Comunicação Social; Publicidade e Propaganda; Relações Públicas; entre outras. 
  • Experiência de mais de 5 anos com comunicação.  
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal. 
  • Habilidade para transformar informações técnicas em mensagens claras e inspiradoras. 
  • Criatividade e visão estética para eventos, brindes, materiais visuais e roteiros. 
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente. 
  • Inglês avançado. 
  • Experiência prévia com eventos corporativos e/ou comunicação interna. 
  • Olhar analítico para métricas de engajamento e impacto. 
  • Afinidade com tecnologia, inovação e cultura digital. 
  • Desejável conhecimento em Marketing Cloud - Salesforce
