About the role
As a Senior / Lead Ful Stack Engineer with a back-end focus, you'll help build and optimize scalable applications using Python and React while leveraging AI-powered tools and Large Language Models to accelerate development and enhance code quality. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, influence workflows with cutting-edge AI-assisted development, and grow your expertise in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role offers a unique chance to combine full-stack engineering with emerging AI technologies for impactful, forward-looking projects.
What you will do
- Build and optimize React-based front-end components;
- Integrate and optimize workflows with AI-assisted coding tools (LLMs, code agents, etc.);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment;
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI-enhanced development.
Must haves
- 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, with a focus on Python back-end services;
- Solid knowledge of React for front-end development;
- Proficiency with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best software engineering practices;
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience in LLM-assisted development environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or any other);
- Background in AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI services;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
