Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Cyber Segurança estratégico(a) e experiente para liderar a estratégia de segurança da informação da nossa organização. Se você tem sólida vivência em gestão de equipes multidisciplinares, domínio técnico em segurança cibernética e quer atuar de forma executiva e estratégica, essa oportunidade é para você

Responsabilidades:

Definir e implementar a estratégia de segurança da informação alinhada aos objetivos da empresa.

Gerenciar os times de defesa (Blue Team), ofensiva (Red Team), governança e SOC.

Supervisionar e priorizar iniciativas de gestão de riscos cibernéticos.

Garantir a conformidade com normas e regulamentações (LGPD, BACEN, CVM, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).

Implementar programas de awareness e cultura de segurança junto aos colaboradores.

Gerenciar incidentes críticos e atuar como ponto focal da área.

Estabelecer e monitorar KPIs e KRIs de segurança para reporte executivo.

Selecionar, negociar e gerir contratos com fornecedores e soluções de segurança (SIEM, SOAR, IAM, EDR, DLP etc.).

Realizar budgeting e planejamento financeiro da área de Cyber Segurança.

Representar a organização em fóruns, auditorias e interações com órgãos reguladores (ex: BACEN, CVM, ANPD).

Liderar projetos estratégicos de transformação digital segura (cloud, zero trust, SASE, DevSecOps).

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

Experiência sólida em liderança de equipes de segurança da informação.

Forte conhecimento em arquitetura de segurança, defesa em profundidade e gestão de riscos.

Vivência em resposta a incidentes críticos e forenses digitais.

Conhecimentos em Cloud Security, IAM, criptografia, SIEM/SOAR, SOC, OT/ICS Security.

Experiência comprovada em construção de programas de segurança corporativa.

Formação em Ciência da Computação, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas relacionadas a tecnologia da informação.

Experiência mínima de 3 anos em gestão de segurança da informação.

Experiência em ambiente Cloud, preferencialmente AWS.

Diferenciais:

Pós-graduação ou especialização em Segurança da Informação ou Ethical Hacking.

Certificações desejáveis: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, MBA em Segurança da Informação.

Competências Comportamentais:

Visão estratégica com capacidade de traduzir riscos técnicos em impactos de negócio.

Liderança inspiradora e habilidade para gerir equipes multidisciplinares.

Comunicação executiva para interagir com diretoria e órgãos reguladores.

Tomada de decisão sob pressão em situações de crise.

Perfil inovador, acompanhando tendências e antecipando riscos emergentes.
