Confidexia specializes in the preparation of commercial credit reports of companies located in Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States and Canada.

These credit reports are utilized by export credit insurance companies, banks and other large corporations which provide credit terms to their customers overseas.

Researchers will be in charge of conducting telephone interviews with executives of these corporations in order to build a report with general and commercial information on the company. TRAINING IS PROVIDED

Requirements

* fundamental business knowledge

* excellent verbal and written communication skills

* computer literacy (knowledge of Microsoft Office products - user level)

* organizational and time management skills

* English (Advanced level)

* Type at least 35 WPM.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Work Location: Remote

* telephone experience in call centers or telecommunications
