Job challenges:

Responsible for domestic and international purchases of products and services for vessels and the office, ensuring quality, deadlines, and appropriate commercial conditions, in addition to supporting supplier and contract management.

• Perform quotations and negotiate product and service negotiations to ensure quality, better deadlines, and financial conditions.

• Participate in the completion of purchases through purchase orders and monitor deliveries with suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions.

• Support the control and approval of invoices for payment with the finance team.

• Provide input for contract negotiations, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Support the operational management of service contracts.

• Prepare purchasing reports and indicators for local and corporate management.

• Update and maintain the supplier database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or related fields)

• Advanced English (frequent interaction with Norwegian and multiple cultures) - will be tested

• Previous experience with domestic and international procurement and negotiations in the offshore segment

• Experience with ERP systems

• Experience in report creation and management

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Desirable: Postgraduate degree and Power BI
