We're looking for a proactive Sales Executive to strengthen and grow our network of partner agents in Brazil. You'll be the key link between EC English and our representatives nationwide, building strong relationships, driving engagement, and boosting sales through strategic support and creative digital initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive with a strong relationship-building focus to strategically strengthen and expand our network of partner agents specifically within Brazil. This professional will serve as the crucial bridge between EC English and our representatives across the country, ensuring not only comprehensive strategic and operational support but also driving engagement and sales through innovative digital initiatives, especially on social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management and Agent Support: Act as the primary point of contact for EC English's partner agent network in Brazil, offering continuous support, clarifying doubts, and ensuring they have all the necessary tools and information to successfully promote our programs. This includes managing and prioritizing agent inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Sales Drive and Business Development:
  • Identify and prospect new partnership opportunities and sales growth with existing and potential agents, as well as explore and develop new avenues in Corporate Solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed established sales targets for the Brazilian market.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director, Latin America, to devise and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing sales volume and market share across Brazil.
  • Analyze market trends and agent feedback to propose tailored commercial actions.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive group quotations, working directly with agents to secure and finalize group bookings.
  • Contract Renewal and Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of agent contracts, ensuring compliance and mutual satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver regular training sessions and webinars for partner agents, covering products, sales processes, marketing tools, and EC English updates, ensuring they are always up-to-date and motivated.
  • Digital Communication & Agent Engagement:
  • Take full responsibility for managing and enhancing communication with our agents across key digital channels, including WhatsApp groups, newsletters, and dedicated Instagram pages.
  • Monitor the performance of digital communications and propose optimizations based on data and insights.
  • Operational Support:
  • Provide essential support to the Admissions team, ensuring seamless processing of agent applications and inquiries, and contributing to a smooth student enrollment experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the international education sector.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable experience and strong capability in managing digital communication channels, including social media (Instagram), WhatsApp, and email newsletters, specifically for B2B engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver training and presentations to all size of audience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proactivity, creativity, and strategic vision to identify opportunities and solve challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Availability for occasional travel within Brazil for events, agent visits, and training sessions but initially position will be more working from home and visits in São Paulo.

Desirable Skills:

  • A strong aptitude for creating highly engaging visual content for digital platforms to enrich our agent-focused communications and provide compelling information to partners.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Data analysis
  • Existing network of contacts in the international education or exchange sector.
