Responsibilities

 · Estabelecer uma visão clara da jornada com o Product Manager, Product Owner e Gerentes de Engenharia;

·      Promover o alinhamento de expectativa com os colaboradores;

·      Ajudar a remover impedimentos;

·      Mapear Soft/Hard skill para atuar no contexto dos squads;

·      Apoiar na elaboração e acompanhamento de plano de evolução do colaborador;

·      Coletar indicadores do time e do indivíduo;

·      Monitorar indicadores do time e do indivíduo;

·      Realizar 1:1 (cadência mensal);

·      Aprovação e gestão de horas-extras dos colaboradores junto a Invillia e o parceiro;

·      Auxiliar no planejamento de férias, compensações e na formalização com cliente e a Invillia;

·      Apoiar o recrutamento e seleção de novos candidatos;

·      Orquestrar com os parceiros a montagem de novos times;

·      Assegurar que os processos atendam aos padrões de trabalho e de qualidade;

·      Apresentar resultados e indicadores para os parceiros e para governança Invillia. 

Prerequisites

Experiência com ecossistema de desenvolvimento de produtos ou serviços digitais

Experiência na ampliação e implementação de métodos ágeis, metodologias e métricas

Experiência com gestão de pessoas e times multidisciplinares (feedbacks, acompanhamento de carreira, entrevistas, desenvolvimento de pessoas com foco em performance)
