Você deverá

  • Aplicar e cumprir os padrões para garantir que os serviços oferecidos estejam em conformidade com todos os processos do Resort
  • Controlar os custos e, assim, gerenciar e reduzir as quebras
  • Controlar a falta de suprimentos e garantir que os estoques funcionem sem problemas.
  • Supervisionar e centralizar produtos de lavanderia e TDC para os departamentos de F&B, lavagem de louça e limpeza de F&B.
  • Garantir que os procedimentos de saúde e segurança sejam implementados, aplicados e cumpridos
  • Assegurar que as equipes sejam devidamente informadas sobre os procedimentos internos e externos, os contratos assinados com os prestadores de serviços e o cumprimento de seus termos e condições
  • Gerenciar, federar e supervisionar suas equipes em torno de objetivos, atitudes e comportamentos compartilhados.
