We're looking for an Editorial & Creative Lead to lead the editorial and creative strategy for BetWarrior Brazil, transforming content, creators, and conversations into drivers of acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll be responsible for building the brand's local narrative, coordinating the internal creative team and agencies, and ensuring that stories deliver business results.

In this role, you´ll:

  • Champion the editorial and content strategy, driving its design and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Cultivate and lead a dynamic ecosystem of top-tier creators, media, and editorial partners.
  • Elevate brand storytelling through meticulous supervision of creative production, from initial brief to concept development, flawless execution, and rigorous QA.
  • Strategically partner with the Growth Manager to relentlessly optimize content for maximum conversion impact.
  • Forge strong alignment with Regional Communications and Social Media teams, ensuring seamless message integration.
  • Demonstrate measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and acquisition, leveraging insights to iterate and continuously improve.
  • Uphold uncompromising standards for tone, localization (PT-BR), and regulatory compliance across all assets.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 7–10 years in brand/editorial/content roles, with a demonstrable history of leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional track record in conceiving and executing groundbreaking editorial/content strategies and integrated 360° campaigns that set new industry standards.
  • Profound grasp of Brazilian culture and leading platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch), leveraging this insight to drive unparalleled engagement.
  • Proven expertise in cultivating and managing top-tier creators/influencers and forging strategic media/editorial partnerships that amplify reach and impact.
  • A fiercely data-driven mindset, relentlessly optimizing performance through A/B tests and a deep understanding of funnel metrics to achieve superior outcomes.
  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish, enabling seamless communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in sports, entertainment, tech, or iGaming – a dynamic advantage for those ready to tackle exhilarating challenges.
