Sr. Business Partner Manager – SAP

Estamos em busca de um Business Partner Manager SAP, responsável por atuar como elo estratégico entre as áreas de negócio e a TI. O profissional deve possuir sólida visão de processos e entendimento técnico, e ser capaz de suficiente para dialogar com especialistas SAP. Seu papel será garantir comunicação clara, priorização adequada e alinhamento entre as necessidades operacionais do negócio e as entregas das equipes de tecnologia.
Requisitos:
✓ Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência como Business Partner, IT Analyst, Demand Manager, Líder de Processos ou área correlata;
✓ Forte conhecimento de processos de negócio (Financeiro, Supply Chain, Logística, Vendas ou Manufatura);
✓ Entendimento funcional do ecossistema SAP (ECC ou S/4HANA) — visão integrada e macro;
✓ Capacidade de dialogar com especialistas técnicos, sem necessidade de execução técnica;
✓ Formação superior em Tecnologia, Engenharia, Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;
Inglês avançado para interações e documentação;
Espanhol funcional para comunicação com times e parceiros.
