About The Role
We are looking for an OPEC Analyst to manage the scheduling, organization, and insertion of commercial breaks in the playout system, ensuring compliance with programming instructions (PIs) and the accurate execution of the broadcast schedule. In addition to operational tasks, this role involves managing the commercial inventory and ensuring proper control of broadcast materials.

What you'll be doing

• Check, organize, and insert commercial breaks into the playout system
• Ensure accurate scheduling of content, promos, and commercials, in line with the established PIs
• Control broadcast materials, ensuring availability, technical quality, and correct labeling
• Manage the commercial inventory, ensuring proper organization and regular updates
• Ensure receipt of CRTs and/or other required documentation
• Perform last-minute operational adjustments upon request from the Programming Coordination team
• Support the transmissions coordinator during live events, ensuring PI execution in case of failures, delays, or emergency changes
• Collect and organize commercial broadcast data for reporting and analysis

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in OPEC, channel scheduling, or commercial operations
• Knowledge of playout systems and media insertion processes
• Experience in managing commercial inventory
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and agility in problem-solving
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with Programming and Transmission teams
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with reporting and control tools
