A posição está inserida na área de Contas a Pagar, com foco no registro e acompanhamento de notas fiscais recebidas, garantindo a correta execução dos processos antes da etapa de pagamento.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Entrada, conferência e registro de notas fiscais antes do processamento de pagamento.

  • Acompanhamento de processos e controles da área de Contas a Pagar, sob supervisão direta de Renata Paiva.

  • Participação em reuniões diárias (daily) para alinhamento de prioridades e status das demandas.

  • Uso de ferramentas de registro e controle financeiro, além do pacote Office (principalmente Excel), presente no dia a dia da função.

Suporte a rotinas financeiras em contas a pagar e retail.
Lançamento e conferência de notas fiscais.
Suporte na conferência de informações e lançamento de dados em sistema.
