About the Role:

The Requirements/Solutions Analyst will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to research and development projects involving complex systems — primarily software — for the company's products (a multinational industrial corporation).

Responsibilities:

  • Understand internal client needs and capture requirements, considering contractual aspects and contributions from various project members such as coordinators, technical leaders, UX designers, and quality analysts.
  • Guide system design, managing technical changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project managers by providing technical insights on project progress and risks.
  • Propose improvements and monitor project deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in research and development projects for software systems.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and lead technical discussions.
  • Teamwork ability and leadership skills.
  • Advanced English (C1 level) – speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Interest in innovation and challenging projects.
  • Availability to reside in the Porto Alegre – RS region.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of business analysis.
  • Experience in the design and development of software products or Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Experience in system requirements management.
  • Knowledge of system and software modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
  • Experience in managing product requirements for certification or compliance processes.
  • Experience using Figma.
