Sua função será:


- Atuar com prospecção e fechamento de novos negócios (New Business), dentro do mercado SaaS.
- Conduzir reuniões comerciais consultivas, entendendo dores, objetivos e maturidade de negócio dos clientes.
- Apresentar e demonstrar soluções Nortrez, com profundidade em produtos específicos e visão multiprodutos.
- Construir propostas de valor personalizadas, conectando tecnologia às necessidades estratégicas do cliente.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com Sales Engineer, SDRs e AMs, assegurando consistência da jornada comercial.
- Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes em potencial, fortalecendo confiança e credibilidade.
- Alimentar e gerenciar pipeline no CRM, garantindo previsibilidade de resultados.
- Contribuir ativamente para a cultura de aprendizado contínuo, colaboração e alta performance no time comercial.

O que esperamos de você:


Experiência em vendas B2B, preferencialmente em SaaS ou tecnologia.
Capacidade de comunicação clara, consultiva e estratégica em diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
Visão de negócios e mercado, com adaptabilidade para dialogar com empresas de diferentes setores.
Organização e disciplina para conduzir pipeline de vendas de ponta a ponta.
Perfil colaborativo, trabalhando lado a lado com áreas técnicas e de CS.
Inglês intermediário/avançado será considerado diferencial.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

Vivência com soluções Freshworks, Monday, Intercom ou GoTo.
Certificações em metodologias de vendas (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, Outbound).
Experiência em vendas consultivas complexas, envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders.
