Main Activities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of fiscal solutions during SAP S/4HANA rollouts;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among international teams, conducting discovery sessions and scoping fiscal requirements, and performing fit-gap analyses to identify gaps between existing business processes and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions;
• Collaborate with the tax department and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met in the new system;
• Guide and support the local implementation team throughout the SAP S/4HANA Tax implementation journey, from preparation to go-live;
• Follow standard methodology, including the use of tools such as Track&Release, Docupedia, among others, to monitor actions, update documents, and manage workload;
• Manage and oversee all stages of the fiscal implementation project, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables, alignment with the agreed scope, execution and verification of fiscal tests, effective communication with stakeholders, and support for local teams for a successful go-live.

Qualificações

What We're Looking For

• Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis or related fields.
• Mandatory English (Advanced).
• Experience in tax topics with expertise in SAP MM and/or SD modules, and cross-functional knowledge between different functional areas.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and projects to senior management and other stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies. Experience in interfacing with other areas of the company, including the ability to negotiate with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders. Flexibility and adaptability to deal with changes in the market and project requirements.
