International Sales Marketing Director

1.1 Conduct market research, perform statistical analysis on customer, competitor, and segment market information, and submit market analysis reports.

1.2 Organize overseas exhibitions, exchange meetings, seminars, and product promotion events, ensuring effective publicity outcomes.

2.1 Arrange customer visits and reception for site inspections, facilitating business development and partnership negotiations.

2.2 Implement the collection, maintenance, and management of customer information in assigned regions or industries.

2.3 Secure and maintain market access qualifications for designated regions, including entry and expansion into Fortune 500 customer qualifications.

2.4 Coordinate the sales of optical cables in the international market.

3.1 Break down the company's annual operational targets (shipments, collections, net profit, customer acquisition, channel partner expansion, representative office development, etc.) into monthly KPIs for each team member in the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of annual performance goals.

3.2 Develop the annual department budget and monitor its execution.

3.3 Foster communication with competitors, collect and analyze competitor information, prevent malicious competition, and safeguard the company's interests.

3.4 Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable in accordance with contract terms, formulate effective measures for receivables management, control the scale of outstanding receivables, and assume management responsibility.

4.1 Develop and grow the marketing team, collaborate with human resources to recruit top talent from the industry, optimize team structure, and enhance the professionalism of international marketing.

4.2 Drive annual team organizational optimization, selecting motivated, capable, and high-performing individuals.

5.1 Strengthen external liaison and coordination, actively engaging with overseas government entities, industry associations, embassies, and other institutions to fully leverage and integrate advantageous resources.

6.1 Maintain familiarity with national contract law, customs regulations, and company policies and procedures to ensure business operations are compliant and mitigate legal and disciplinary risks.
