We are now looking for a Medical Director / Lead Physician to join our team and grow with us.

The Role

We are seeking a licensed Medical Doctor (Dermatologist or Surgeon preferred) to act as the Medical Director of our clinic, responsible for medical leadership, safety, protocol supervision, and—if desired—performing premium procedures.

No previous experience in hair transplantation is required.

We provide full training with leading specialists from Brazil and Dubai.

This role is ideal for a physician who wants to build a long-term, high-income career in a fast-growing clinic with international reach.

Key Responsibilities


• Serve as the Medical Director / Physician in Charge of the clinic


• Supervise all medical processes, safety protocols, and patient care standards


• Perform or oversee aesthetic and hair-restoration procedures (training provided)


• Collaborate on new treatment protocols and innovation initiatives


• Support content creation, medical authority, and patient education when needed


• Maintain UAE medical compliance in partnership with our operations team

Requirements


• Medical Degree (MD)


• Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility to apply


• Specialization in Dermatology or Surgery (preferred, not mandatory)


• Strong clinical ethics and patient-first mindset


• Excellent communication skills


• Desire to grow professionally within a premium and high-end environment
