We are looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive Procurement Intern to support administrative and purchasing activities. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in supplier management, documentation control, and support in purchase and logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities

Support in sending quotation requests to suppliers and issuing Purchase Orders (POs);

Assist in organizing and updating control spreadsheets and reports;

Monitor delivery deadlines for materials and services, maintaining contact with suppliers and freight forwarders;

Support in checking documents, invoices, and billing statements;

Help resolve order and payment discrepancies or pending issues;

Assist in maintaining supplier and item records in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar);

Collaborate with the team in administrative routines and provide support to vessels.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields (from the 4th semester onwards);

Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills;

Intermediate to advanced English;

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication;

Interest in developing a career in Procurement and Supply Chain.

Nice to Have

Academic or practical experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative support;

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
