Job Description Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager is the responsible for engaging with the Services Directors and key customers to build and preserve trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients, setting the correct communication plan. Needs also to be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems and ensure maximum client satisfaction, managing with the Contract Managers all customer requests or project needs.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Services Director to build the best strategy for customer satisfaction
  • Interface with Contract Manager and internal team to find best approach for contract amendments, claims and arbitrations
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
  • Own the NPS score

Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or Business from an accredited university or college
  • Knowledge of the Wind industry and/or Services business
  • Minimum of 10 years of previous experience
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive transformation in a mission-based team
  • High resiliency and ownership
  • Ability to travel and manage and multi-country team
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Superior product knowledge
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
