We are looking for a Operational Engr | who will:

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of software systems to ensure reliability & performance.

• Identify, troubleshoot, & address basic challenges in software development with guidance

• Investigate and resolve basic technical issues and incidents, working to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.

• Maintains scripts & programs that aide in operation, diagnosis of applications, & platforms in production with guidance

• Assist in writing automation software to support software development lifecycle.

• Collaborates & coordinates with application and platform teams to install, configure and monitor operations of business applications.

• Assists in documenting operational procedures and best practices.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Hands on experience with deployment using any CI/CD tools.

• Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell/Python or any other scripting languages) for automation, configuration, and reporting tasks.

• Familiarity and good understanding with Cloud environments(AWS, Azure etc.)

• Understand basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and routing.
