We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Analytics Project Manager who possesses a unique blend of robust project management discipline and deep, practical expertise in the data analytics landscape. Reporting to the Global Data Lead, you will be instrumental in leading complex projects focused on data analytics implementations, migrations, reporting, and optimization. You will bridge the gap between technical analytics requirements and successful project delivery, ensuring that our data initiatives provide actionable insights and measurable value to our clients and internal stakeholders. Your role involves managing project scope, timelines, resources, client communication, and coordinating effectively across departments, often in an international context.
Analytics Project Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of data analytics projects, including tool implementations (GA4, Adobe Analytics), migrations (e.g., UA to GA4), tracking audits, tag management deployments, and advanced reporting initiatives.
- Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client business goals and leveraging your understanding of analytics tool capabilities (GA4, Adobe, GTM/Launch).
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for analytics tracking, configuration, and reporting.
- Ensure technical feasibility and advise on the best approaches for implementing tracking solutions using GA4, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Adobe Launch/Tags, and associated data layers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project matters, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and presenting deliverables.
- Coordinate seamlessly with other internal departments (e.g., Development, Marketing, Sales) to ensure project alignment and success.
- Contribute to the definition and refinement of internal processes and best practices for analytics project delivery, implementation, and data governance.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Strategic Contribution & Business Growth:
- Support the Data Global Lead in identifying new business opportunities related to data analytics services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics and project management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Languages: Native Portuguese (Brazil) and professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
Proven track record (4-5+ years) in Project Management, specifically leading projects focused on data analytics implementations, migrations, and strategy.
Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects with multiple stakeholders, potentially in an international setting.
Data Analytics Expertise (Essential): Strong, hands-on understanding and practical experience with core data analytics platforms:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4): In-depth knowledge of configuration, event-based tracking setup (via GTM), standard & custom reporting, exploration analysis, audience building.
Experience managing UA to GA4 migration projects is a significant advantage.
Tag Management Systems (TMS): Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Experience in Adobe Analytics is a plus
Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and solve technical and strategic problems.
Ability to understand client needs, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate business value.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders, managing deadlines, and ensuring quality delivery.
Ability to work independently, research new solutions, and take initiative.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
