Na Aarin, construímos soluções que transformam o mercado financeiro no Brasil. Buscamos uma pessoa que atuará como Junior Project Operations Analyst para ser guardião(ã) e apoiador(a) da esteira de processos de projetos.

O que você fará no dia a dia?

Você será responsável por garantir que os fluxos e padrões definidos sejam seguidos, apoiar a atualização e a organização de todas as etapas da esteira, ajudar a monitorar a execução dos projetos e propor melhorias que aumentem a eficiência da operação, bem como reciclar e otimizar os processos de forma contínua.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Ajudar a garantir que os processos e padrões definidos sejam seguidos em todos os projetos.
  • Apoiar na organização de treinamentos e reciclagens de processos para o time.
  • Apoiar na atualização, organização e clareza da documentação de processos.
  • Auxiliar na coleta de dados e indicadores de performance da esteira.
  • Monitorar tarefas e prazos, alertando o time sobre desvios e riscos.
  • Participar de reuniões para sugerir formas de otimizar o andamento dos projetos.
  • Sugerir pequenas melhorias para otimizar o fluxo de trabalho.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas.
  • Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de gestão de tarefas/projetos (ex.: Trello, Jira, Clickup ou similares).
  • Domínio de planilhas e documentos compartilhados (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Ser organizado(a), atento(a) aos detalhes e gostar de manter tudo no lugar.
  • Ter vontade de aprender sobre operações e gestão de projetos.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento básico de metodologias ágeis.
  • Experiência prévia em apoio a projetos, PMO ou áreas de operações ou implementação de processos.
  • Facilidade com análise de dados para gerar insights simples.
