We are looking for an
Aircraft Mechanic in GRU
to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a responsible, adaptable and decisive individual, who understands how to ensure the integrity of the aircraft through a thorough and qualified inspection performed by the Aviation Mechanic in charge of the flight, both during and prior to departure. Likewise, in the event of a mechanical failure or malfunction, a quick and effective analysis by a highly knowledgeable and experienced individual will help minimize aircraft downtime, avoiding delays or cancellations that cause inconvenience to our passengers and high costs to the company, directly impacting the profitability of the flight and route.

Educational requirements:

• Aircraft Maintenance Technician studies.
• Valid Brazilian aviation license.
• Valid FAA license.
• Conversational Spanish (preferred).
• Conversational English (preferred).

Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience in the preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy aircraft (more than 12,500 Kgs) including training and 2 years of experience on B787 GEnx Engine.

• Proactive: Challenge oneself and the rest of the work team during the operation to achieve a timely and safe departure.
• Strategic and Analytical Mentality: Seek and analyze in an expeditious way the most effective solution to problems that arise at the last minute, always thinking about minimizing the impact on our customers and the business.
