About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building robust and scalable systems. You will play a crucial role in defining our development standards, architecting complex functionalities, and mentoring team members. If you are driven by technology and enjoy tackling challenging projects, we want to hear from you.

Main Assignments:

  • Define and champion best practices for software development across the team.
  • Program, code, and thoroughly test systems, with the flexibility to work on back-end development projects as needed.
  • Lead the development and implementation of complex, high-impact functionalities.
  • Continuously research and propose technological advancements to enhance our systems.
  • Monitor and ensure the team's adherence to good system development practices.
  • Validate the quality and coverage of tests within existing projects.
  • Approve and validate new application functionalities before release.
  • Monitor the performance and overall health of applications, ensuring stability and speed.
  • Anticipate potential opportunities and problems, acting swiftly and effectively to develop preventive solutions.
  • Assist in guiding and mentoring junior developers and contribute significantly to project-related decision-making.
  • Perform system maintenance, implementing necessary corrections and adjustments to meet user needs.
  • Engage in the full development lifecycle, including assembly, debugging, and testing of programs, as well as providing maintenance for existing applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the runtime environment.
  • Experience with the framework.
  • Solid understanding of the entire web development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced english.

Differentials:

  • Experience with Blockchain technologies.
  • Knowledge of Web3 concepts and decentralized applications.

Location of this position: Remote.
