Responsibilities
  • Teach and guide student learning, following Red House's pedagogical plan and adapting strategies to each student's needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress through observation and evidence collection, implementing actions to improve performance and engagement.
  • Prepare lesson plans, materials, and adaptations for students with learning or special educational needs.
  • Maintain student records, assessments, and reports according to school policies and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the coordination team, Teaching Assistants, and other teachers to align strategies and share relevant student information.
  • Communicate with families when necessary, ensuring alignment with school philosophy and coordination guidance.
  • Ensure students' safety and well-being in all activities, observing and intervening when needed.
  • Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and continuous professional development.
  • Maintain class organization, care for materials, and follow all Red House guidelines and procedures.
Prerequisites

Education: Degree in Languages

Experience:

  • 2 years of teaching experience for early years and/or elementary, diserable;
  • Classroom management

Languages: Intermediate English

Specific Technical Knowledge:

  • Bilingualism
