Job Description
Conocimiento en la implementación y soporte en la infraestructura y aplicaciones de ciberseguridad como:
Cyberark, Netscout, etc. SIEM (Splunk) ZABBIX, The Hive, etc. Sistemas de autenticación (MFA, SSO, IAM) Servidores HPE, CISCO Networking
Manejo de personal técnico a su cargo
Capacidad para hacer diagramas, así como documentación de las soluicones
Toma de decisiones en el día a día
Capacidad de análisis de problemas técnicos
Capacidad de evaluar riesgos y prioridades para alinear los requerimimentos del cliente con la operacipon
Que haya coordinado implementaciones de tecnologías de ciberseguridad
Conocimiento en normativas de seguridad ISO 27001, PCI, etc.
Capacidad de traducir problemas técnicos que sean comprensibles para la parte de management
Qualifications
Trabajar con equipos de redes, sistemas y cloud para asegurar la correcta integración de soluciones.
. Asegurar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas (Zero Trust, segmentación, cifrado, hardening).
. Asegurar el proceso de entendimiento de las soluciones y cumplir con el ciclo de vida de los proyectos y los contratos de
soporte
. Asegurar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los procesos del cliente en los tiempos y formar requeridos
. Desarrollo del equipo de trabajo
. Brindar soporte técnico, al equipo de trabajo para el correcto desempeño de sus funciones
. Colaborar en las necesidades del equipo de Management para el buen desempeño del equipo Logicalis
. Resolver problemas relacionados con hardware, software, redes y aplicaciones.
. Atender tickets de soporte, llamadas, correos o chats, así como escalaciones cuando se requiera
. Documentar soluciones y procedimentos para mejorar el desempeño del equipo
. Realizar planes de mantenimiento de equipos y software (actualizaciones, parches, limpieza física, etc.).
. Llevar el control de la infraestructura
. Capacidad de hablar con cliente y asistir a sesiones técnicas
